I suggest you contact PayPal Credit asap:

Look for the payment allocation section:
PayPal Credit Agreement and SECCI
I hope they are not doing what it may appears like they are doing. Or, maybe consumers are misunderstanding the terms. This 0% interest...they got to make money somehow on it. Minimum payment is required on deferred interest payments and payments are allocated in a certain way with deferred interest transactions. These offers are just whether or not the interest is charged if you don't pay it back in time but it don't mean the minimum or payments in general will be allocated to it like regular credit cards do that do charge interest monthly.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
