Paypal credit

Hello how long does it take for PayPal credit to become active? When I go onto the same website as my partner and go to checkout my PayPal credit is available but my partners PayPal credit isn’t available on the web site? Is this because she has only just verified her PayPal credit (emails address)

If it is a new PayPal credit account, some successfully completed transactions will have to be completed (no disputes) so the system will have something to go on when deciding to offer PayPal credit or not during checkout. PayPal also reserves the right to restrict the use of the credit line depending on circumstances of the transaction and may not be offered on every transaction, if PayPal Credit is not offered it is recommended that a linked method is used instead to complete transaction.

It is a new PayPal credit that hasn’t been used but all verified. We go to the same website to buy the items we need but it allows me but not my partner. I’m a little confused to why.
