Ok so I get a PayPal credit cause it says I can pay off with no interest right? 750$ limit I can buy stuff under 100 an it will give option of paying with ppcredit Everything I want over 100$ the app will not even give the option of using ppcredit So WTH is going on I've had pp on the phone an walk me through my phone to make sure cookies are on,, still no purchase over 100 What ?
