I had this PayPal credit for about 7 months now and I can not make 1 simple transactions at all on my account I keep getting "We can not complete your transaction right now and thats everytime...PLEASE HELP MEEEE.
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
