Hiya, i recently applied for credit and was approved. i then ordered an item from ebay and selected to pay for it through credit. i have then gone onto my bank and ebay has taken the full amount out of my account not the small credit amount. is this normal or not?

I am sorry about your issue. Regarding PayPal credit, the best thing would be to call PayPal Customer Service on 0800 368 7155. If you’re calling from outside the UK, call 0044 800 368 7155. Alternatively, if you’re an existing customer you can use our secure message centre for all account related enquiries by logging into your PayPal Account.
