Hello, my apologies if similar topic already exists, I couldn't find anything related. I have my paypal account for many, many years. I can't understand why I can not apply for paypal credit, i mean, when I apply I usually get rejection. My paypal history is good. I know people who are new to paypal, but they have paypal credit. I really can't understand the reason.
