I meet the requirements but get declined..
I'm not sure why I was declined on the Pay Pal Credit. I already have Pay Pal Mastercard, and a credit rating of 810, so what is the problem?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
