Paypal credit to paypal cash or bank account, how to transfer

I need cash, my paypal cash is zero, I just signed up for paypal credit, how can I get money from paypal ctredit

Synchrony Bank determines the credit limit on your account. You can check the limit on your account by logging in to your PayPal account, then selecting PayPal Credit. You can find PayPal Credit contact information here.
