Paypal credit site is not working for last 2 days

All I get is "We apologize our system is having technical difficulty retrieving your information. Please try again later.". Is anyone looking at this.

Has anyone figured this out or phoned Synchrony or Paypal about it?

I have been having the same issue starting on Monday, all I want to do is pay my bill and can't get there, I haven't called yet. I can't get there on my work pc or home pc. I don't feel like getting on the phone with someone and you can't chat about it. I have a Synchrony login that shows other accounts but not this one. If I can't get on tomorrow I will send a certified letter.

So this is the error the debugger shows

ReferenceError: initializMessageCount is not defined

Clearing cache and cookies did not solve the problem.
