Hi, I used PayPal credit to buy some clothes from next for £125.99. I returned 3 items - a total of £92. These items have been refunded one by one so £30, £30 and £32. The refunds show in my recent transactions but only one has been taken off the promotional balance which now says I owe £95.99 Where have the other refunds gone? I have received a statement today but it doesn't say where payments have been allocated to. I spoke to customer service who said the refunds would have been paid towards promotional balances ending soonest but this doesn't make sense as I have several ending before the next purchase is due and one has been refunded back to the next balance anyway. Is there any way to see where the refunds have gone? Thanks Thank you
