I’m having same issue and I’ve tried PayPal they said bank issue I call or tried bank and they were pointing back at PayPal now I can’t get onto the help section of PayPal credit saying error over complicated technology always fails
It's definitely PayPal credit that is having the issue. Spoke to someone on the phone earlier and was told they were working on an issue and hoped it would be fixed by this evening.
I had nothing but problems getting a hold of anyone so this is good to hear hopefully they have it figured out thanks for the news at least someone has gotten through!
