Hello. I got refund for holidays to my PayPal credit account, and now it is saying -952£ in my account and I can't widraw this money or transfer to my card. I tried to contact PayPal, they giving number which is probably 20p for minute, and couldn't answer in chat. If somebody know what to do? Thank You
