Hello all, I've spend hours on the phone and nobody seems like they can help at Paypal. Basically, I keep on getting declined using my Pay pal credit Key at a merchant, and the merchant is saying that the problem is Pay Pal's payment processor that keeps on returning the purchase. This is what they said, "
The confusion with paypal is that your credit card provider is Paypal. You're actually using Stripe to attempt the payments.
Stripe returns do not honor which indicates you are most likely failing a fraud check" Paypal couldn't even tell me who their payment processor was, which I assume by this merchant email is Stripe. So I'm failing a fraud check and seems like paypal can't or won't help with it. Anybody have similar problems?
