Hi I made purchase for 569.99 using PayPal credit as my payment method. I had the item for a couple of months however in the mean time I paid off my credit balance. The item I purchased had to be returned due to a fault and the company refunded me my 569.99 which went back in to my PayPal credit account. My PayPal credit account is showing 569.00 in credit which I thought would have been transferred to my bank account or my PayPal wallet. this has been sitting like this for 3 months now. I have tried to use the help guide and the automated telephone service but no one or anything can resolve this. how the hell do I get my Money back.
