Since the 20th when my car payment I cannot access the paypal credit card payment page. It stops on a message stating “a payment cannot be made at this time” i also tried to contact customer service by phone and it say number [Removed. Phone #s not permitted] and get a message stating “your call cant be completed at this time” How do i get a payment to Paypal? I am very frustrated and confused!
