My Paypal credit account is now in credit - I paid it off, but then had a purchase refund credited back. So, it now owes me money. How do I transfer that to my Paypal wallet? Can I even do that? I've searched the Help pages, withn no success and can't get through to Customer Services on Chat. Help!!!
