I made a transaction on Nov 17th to transfer all my paypal money to my visa card, however i didn't recieve the money on my card (visa) i contacted the bank and they told me that there was no transactions i didn't even see the notification about it being transacted. Someone told me that i could find the refund button in the activity page but it didn't pop up. i also have every information about the transaction the id when it is made, etc. so if i contact the customer services will they refund the money?
