I just received notice that the infamous Synchrony Bank is handling Paypal now. Don't know who was handling it before or how much the interest rate was. But having just looked at (26%+), I am shocked and stunned at the way companies are taking advantage of their customers with this IMO usurious rates. Just OUTRAGEOUS and may cause me to stop using Paypal.
