I discovered last week that Paypal have updated my credit file to show that i have defaulted on my Paypal credit account dating back to August last year. I have never missed a monthly payment let alone defaulted! I have now had a loan refused and my credit score has dropped from Good to Poor (Experian, Equifax & Callcredit) Paypal's response is "we are looking into it and we will get back to you in 4 weeks time"
Considering the fact that this is a serious issue (to me at least) I would of thought Paypal would treat this as a reasonable priority. Has this happened to anyone else?
