My Paypal Credit Account was closed in July 2020 and has a $0 balance. Syncrony Bank says the closed account is still attached to Paypal and therefore I cannot reapply for a new one or reopen an account. I cannot get a customer service representative on the line and Paypal is not returning my emails or chats. HELP!
