OK, I bought some products using my credit, and I paid them, but now I'm returning those products, so I'll be refunded. My question is: Since, I already paid, Does Paypal allow me to transfer that money to my Paypal Balance? For example, I have $2,000 of credit, but I used $1,000, and then I paid those $1,000 to PayPal, so my credit again is $2,000. BUt now I returned the product, so I will be refunded, those $1,000, where do they go?
