I’ve bought various things with PayPal credit, under different terms, eg 4mths interest free on some things, and spreading payments over a Year for others. Ryanair are about to refund me over £1100 for cancelled flights due to covid. I have already paid that part of my PayPal credit, and don’t want the refund to go towards other items that I’m spreading over the year (not least because I owe that money to my travel companions). How do I get that money back into my bank?

Refunds go back to the source of the original payment.

If you don't want it to go back there then you would need to ask Ryanair if they will use the friends / family option to send it to your paypal account rather than use the refund option, doubt they will though to be honest.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I don’t understand how they can do that though - the other debts/balances were taken out in terms, eg 12 month plan and a 4mth interest free plan
