I purchased an item for £35 12 minutes later, but haven't received an email or £10 into my account. Is this a Paypal scam? They sent out the same email on the 27th November, but did the first 4000 Paypal Credit purchases go within the first 12 minutes of the offer, if so, it was very misleading to send out an email 4 days later?
