I'm wondering if anyone has any advice to offer...
I am looking at buying a bike and I have the option of Paypal Credit at 0% APR and it will be easier for me rather than 1 lump sum disappearing.
So I have filled everything in that they need and when I click apply - it tells me something is missing, I scroll up and see my DOB is gone - but I did put it in. So I do it again and click apply and again DOB gone, third time I put my DOB back in, click apply and I get the "application declined" message and we will email you why ... check my inbox ... no email.
I emailed customer services they tell me they can't see any applications at all - I tried 3 times yesterday and now once this afternoon.
I have tried on Chrome and IE and still the same result ... anyone have clue? I have had Paypal Credit before when I bought my Apply Watch back 3 years-ish ago so I know it works. My credit rating is also very high.
