Hi, I paid off my PayPal credit on April the 7. The people that run the Paypal Credit side of things sent my past due amount billed to synchrony bank. My bill got sold from synchrony bank to portfolio recovery. I paid my bill in full on 7 April of this year. I have letters confirming that. On Friday I called Paypal Credit to find out what my next line of credit would be. They found my account then they told me to call the department that handles past due bills. Basically they transferred me back to synchrony bank. Synchrony bank transfer me back to port for your recovery. Part for your recovery verify that I have paid my bill in full. Can anyone help me? I’m multi disabled. Please disregard my dictation mistakes. I’m dealing with speech problems two different hearing impairments blindness and ADHD and I’m a self diagnosed autistic adult
