So, a few hours ago my paypal credit balance was about 70. Out of the 70$ I sent 67 which became 69 and change after fees.
Then, later I was sent 30. Not only is my paypal balance 0 instead of the 30 I'm supposed to have, but the CREDIT balance is -87. What happened?? I made a 65$ purchase using paypal for Diablo 3 on switch, and from what I understand from the lastp urchase I made, it will pull money from my bank account regardless of what my preference is set to for paypal. With that said, my question is what a negative credit balance means, and where did the 30$ go?
