I am in the process of buying a monitor with four years interest free credit from Paypal which I am using to purchase it. However, they keep delaying my order. I am only buying from them for the four year interest free 'deal'. However as this is with Paypal can this 'deal' be transfered to another retailer that has the monitor in stock? From their websites they only suggest 4 months 0% APR with Paypal.
