Paypal Credit is unavailable on an online purchase and I have checked the Agreement has been finalised and the payment limit within its limit.
After talking to Paypal they have confirmed that the issue is their and its a security block.
Their solution was to ask me to re-set my password thus re-setting the security block, but does anyone know how long I should wait before trying the purchase?
