Hopefully you can help me, Recently got approved PP credit for £1000, thought great, went online and bought an item for £945. A few days later I've got an e-mail saying my bank account doesn't have enough money so PP will handle it. Please pay us back ASAP. I go to my PP account and now there is a negative £945 on my balance(IN RED!!!) trying to get PP to do something but I just get automated garbage. I've been online and checked all the usual. I definitely paid with PP credit at checkout. My account summary confirms this. However I've noticed that my Credit balance is £0.00 and available is £55(1000 - 945) so it seems the left hand isn't talking to the right. Can you guys help me out.
