Paypal Credit/ Refund

Hi guys, 

I've been doing a little digging and cant find the answer anyway. Let me cut to the chase. 

I have bought a brand new RTX 2070 super graphics card from Overclockers UK. But the card is getting faulty and within the refund period. 

The problem is, I already paid off £180 off the credit before trying to return it. How does it go from there?
