Hello PP Community,
This question might have been asked quite a few times, but this my first time with this experience. Back in January I purchased some plane tickets. With the pandemic, I was able to take my trip and was refunded the money to my paypal credit account. Now I have a credit on my account and I wish for Paypal to return me the funds back to me. I called the call center however they are closed.
The virtual assist does not help because it believes I'am trying to dispute a purchase.
Is there a way I can request this credit to be returned to me via a email request or via online account?
