I made a payment to PayPal Credit Aug. 7th. It posted to my PayPal account the 8th. PayPal Credit claims they didn't receive it. I got charged a late fee. I called PayPal credit and they said to call PayPal. I did but the automated sytem won't let me speak to an agent. I tried disputing the missing money and resolution center said not allow. So now I am out my money and was charged a late fee.
