PayPal reserves the right to restrict your ability to use your credit line depending on the circumstances of each transaction. If there are no restrictions on your transaction, PayPal recommends that you select from your available PayPal funding sources to complete your payment. Also make sure that payment didn't already go through and you don't want to end up keep trying because of the error message and make multiple charges on your account. If there isn't, try again later.
