I run a Digital Goods company called AzraelMC. At the time of creation of the account i created a person account with the legal name AzraelMC. Its only come to the time of me trying to collect my money from my business where i cant due to the legal name of the account being AzraelMC. To provide documents to confirm my identity as AzraelMC is impossible.
I need help trying to change the legal name on my account and or/ getting the money transferred from this account into something i can actually confirm my identity. I tried switching to a business account however, if i use the same email to keep the funds i have made from my company i need to confirm my identity as AzraelMC before i can switch.
Please help me, this is really important.
