If you are talking about PayPal Credit aka Billmelater, PayPal's virtual credit line, you will need to make payments to it. You can only pay your PayPal Credit with your PayPal balance or your bank account. Here is more info on how to use and maintain your PayPal Credit account: https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/topic/PAYPAL_CREDIT
If your PayPal account is not verified then your PayPal account has sending and withdrawing limits. To verify your account, link a card and/or bank account to your Wallet.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
