Payment pending usually take this long?

So I bought something with paypal credit at 14:12 from a company, I need the funds to clear so they can then ship the item but it seems to be taking some time it's been around two hours now. I know with refunds it can take a time but never had it take this long for a purchase.

The only reason I'm asking is last time I paid for something around the same price it was almost instantly cleared and it was to the same company, is there something I'm missing?

I am having the same problem but mine has been a month now . What do I do ? Someone please help

Why do they take so long to clear the funds
