Why is my statement still showing current special financing when they were all paid off in January 2020. I spoke with Ross, Abagial and Damon about this in January and February. The special financing you show on my statemant should not be there[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]55 and 12.22 was all paid or returned in January 2020. Just spoke with Kingwood and he was no help. There should not be any current (January 2020) special financing on my account. I have my bank statement to show that every thing ordered in January was paid off in January 2020. Please advise
