Payment issues

I'm currently having issues with paying my PayPal credit with my card, the card is in the system but appears as a Grey hue and after that I tried linking my bank account with my phone to no avail, I appreciate any help or advice you can provide, also I'm currently in Europe on tour but I don't know if that makes a difference

PayPal doesn't accept cards for paying the PayPal Credit bill.  Only PayPal balance or bank account. And being out of the country does make a difference security-wise.

You'll need to contact customer service to let them know you're traveling abroad and that you need to add a bank account to make payment:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
