Payment deducted but no record on recent activity and there was no product item received.

Hi, i would like to ask does some of you encountered the same problem as i did? The problem was, I bought a game card through paypal. When I purchased the game card, there was an error came out that I have insufficient balance in my account. But sad to say the payment I made was already deducted to my account. So how is this possible that I don't have insufficient balance they already deducted the money to my bank account. I already called my bank about this matter and the customer service said that the payment was completed and it goes through PAYPAL. they advised me to call the customer service. but unfortunately PAYPAL's costumer service is not answering my calls all i can hear is a voice recording about there is no costumer support available to answer my call. it's disturbing that I'm from the Philippines and I'm calling paypal from the US, and this costs me a lot. They have answered my Queries in twitter but did not resolve the problem they just said that i should wait for the specialists who will handle my queries. It's been 3 days now since this happen. The amount deducted in my account is a huge amount. does anyone can help me about this?
