I opened a PayPal credit account and everything was working fine but then PayPal flagged me and said they wanted proof it was me and I sent it to them and they accepted it but since then I have not been able to purchase anything I have called them and they said it was flagged for fraud but they removed it and I should be able to use my account again but it is still not working what is going on

Give it a couple days and then try making purchases again. Let the security system reset.
