I am a long time paypal user and until now never had any issues. I recently removed a credit card from my account and decided to use my paypal credit as I had done before, however since removing the credit card I have been unable to make any payments on both Hulu and on the nintendo switch. When I try retry payment on hulu it says it's unable to and the following message is there "It looks like we're having trouble charging your PayPal account..." and when I try to make a purchase on the nintendo switch it says that since I updated card information that I need to unlink and relink the account, which I have done several times to no avail. There is no restriction on my paypal credit, no payments due and I have the total amount of my credit available.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
