Hi all! I was wondering if it’s possible to pay someone with PayPal credit at all!? I tried but it said that method wasn’t available and I’m not sure why? Secondly you can’t even transfer funds from that to another like your own bank account like most credit cards Is there any reasons why?

Paypal credit is for puchasing goods online, they don't allow personal transfers or withdrawals to bank accounts in the UK as that is a cash advance.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
