I can not use PayPal to buy any item I have tried to purchase. Just nothing works. Apparently I have a PayPal credit account also, but can't get any information from the phone BOT because I can not identify my self to it. What are my options, start over with new account, how would mostly the same information out there impact a new account? All trouble started when we moved, but since the account notification came to my new address it would seem that is not the issue. Any ideas?
