I just spent ages explaining in an email on the PayPal complaint option about how I would like to change my payment date to the last Wednesday of each month and explained that I have been helping out with someone who’s been struggling due to covid Put my contact information on the message and when I sent it I got a message saying there was a problem with my email and please contact by phone I would have done it whilst I was at work but I didn’t realise that PayPal customer services would be closed at 6:30pm Why can’t they just give an option on the App that allows you to change your payment date it’s not like I wanted a 6 month break I just want it at the end of the month when I get paid Anyone else had anything like this?
