PayPal pay off

So I got an refund and that pays off my account but now I have a extra money there which I wish I can transfer it to my bank account what can I do ?

If the extra money is not used in a couple of billing cycles, PayPal will issue a refund on the next statement and cut you a paper check or where applicable, may send it to your PayPal balance.
