When you apply for the PayPal credit , do you get a card ?

There is no physical card. PayPal Credit aka billmelater is a virtual/digital line of credit. You can only use it where PayPal is accepted. It is integrated into PayPal's online checkout system.

PayPal does have physical cards though if that's what you prefer:
