Suddenly cannot cash out w PayPal, credit still available and I have my bank account linked. I've had no issues bit I did get a refund bc of a food delivery that did not answer them when they called it through on eat 24. But it's saying now an error message that I can't use this payment and to return to merchant and choose a different avenue of payment. Btw my bank account is not on hold I Checked. I HAVE CREDIT available on paypal as well and my account is not negative balance on paypal wallet. . Lmk any ideas.
