I order something from a.shop.and paid via paypal. The item cost £16.35 , my receipt from company shows £16.35. But on paypal it says £16.35 + £30.31 paypal credit. So have had £46.66 taken from my credit card. I have no idea why I have been charged the PayPal credit. There's no credit on account and balance is 0. Any help appreciated
