When I purchase anything or have a monthly payment PayPal use the credit first instead of paying it off my debit card, I have changed payment preferences but it's still doing it, I'm going round in circles, I've payed the credit up to date and now wish to closes it altogether. Had anyone a phone number to ring the help line...the automated messages are useless...thanks in advance.
