PayPal credit

I applied for PayPal credit & it said my credit was linked to another account. How can I find out what it's linked to and change to my current account

As you are only allowed a maximum of 2 paypal accounts and even then if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business then i guess as you are posting with your personal account it must be linked to your business account?
